> Service Delivery

AS TOP MARKETING LLC will deliver services as outlined in the agreed project scope or package description. Timelines and deliverables will be communicated at the start of each project.

> SEO Ad Credits Policy

SEO Ad Credits are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

When you purchase SEO Ad Credits, they are immediately available for use and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

> Refund Policy for Other Services

For services other than SEO Ad Credits, refunds are subject to legal requirements and must be requested within 14 days of service initiation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee. Work completed prior to refund request is non-refundable.

> Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and materials required for project completion. Delays in client response may affect project timelines. Clients must have legal rights to all materials provided to us.

> Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of delivered work products. AS TOP MARKETING LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

> Limitation of Liability

AS TOP MARKETING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
